1. Input negative power supply 25V, but power supply display voltage 3.12V, current 1.799A(The limiting current is set to 1.8A), Normally it should be displayed as 25V, 0A,
Could you please help confirm what the problem is?
2. Below is the schematic, please help to check if there is any problem

About the layout，I have a question, please help to answer it，the PowerPAD connected to the RTN plane，and then
connected to the main system ground by the internal reverse polarity protection circuit，So, when designing the layout,
it is a separate area under the IC. is it right？
