Hi team,
I would like to know the quiescent current in the case of Vin= 9V, Vout=12V and Iout=0A and Vin=14V, Vout=12V and Iout=0A. Do we have these data?
Best regards,
Shunsuke Yamamoto

Hi Bryce,
They would like to choose the appropriate device with the smallest Iq at their specific condition. 2cases(Vin=9V, Vout=12V, Iout=0A)(Vin=14V, Vout=12V, Iout=0A)
Best regards,
Shunsuke Yamamoto
Hi Shunsuke,
May I know what is the application and input voltage range/max output current here?
TPS5516x-Q1 is the Buck-Boost converter part which has the smallest Iq which we have released till today.

Bryce
Hi Bryce,
Thank you for the reply. The application is TWS. We don't have such data, is it correct?

Shunsuke Yamamoto
Hi Shumate,
I don't have the data on my hand now, if it is really needed we can take some bench test for the data.

Bryce
Hi Bryce,
This device may be used in the platform products for their system, so the volume may be 50ku/y-100ku/y. If possible, could you please kindly take some bench for this opportunity?
Best regards,
Shunsuke Yamamoto
Hi Shunsuke,
Yes, I will do the bench test and get back to you soon.

Hi Bryce,
Thank you so much for your strong support.

Hi Shunsuke,
Sorry I am very busy these days, will try to give you feedback tomorrow.

Hi Shunsuke,
May I know the customer name? Because we seldom met the customer choose 9-14V input voltage at TWS application.
Below is the test result of Iq test. According to the datasheet description: When the buck-boost output voltage is greater than its power-good threshold (the PG pin is high), the VREG pin is supplied by the output voltage to reduce power dissipation. So the internal control circuit is supplied from Vout at that time.
Vin=9V, Vout=12V, Iout=0A, Iq(Vin)=3.23uA, Iq(Vout)=25.4uA
Vin=14V, Vout=12V, Iout=0A, Iq(Vin)=5.05uA, Iq(Vout)=25.3uA
