My customer wonder to know if output pin status once Vcc is reach to 2.5V and lower than 3V. the output pin is unstable or always keep low ? or any other result ?
Please confirm and it is very important in design.

Hi Chao,
If VDD has less than the recommended 3V from VDD to VSS, then this can cause the device to lose some of its functionality. Although the user is advised to not violate abs max values to avoid damaging the device, not following the recommended operating conditions can lead to sub-optimal device behavior.
For example, if VDD < 3V, then this will cause issues with the OUT voltage:
As you can see in the block diagram, the voltage at VDD is used to drive the HIGH voltage level on the OUT pin:
I highly recommend that you ensure the customer maintains VDD at 3V or higher.
