It is probably caused by an over current limit. Please use a larget RLIM or use the low-side MOSFET with lower Rdson, and check if any improvement.

CSD18537NQ5A - M2
CSD18504Q5A - M1

Nevertheless, Power Supply Test PCB.pdfeven after raising the ILIM resistor, the circuit behavior remained the same.

Yes, at R1, I have made the zero ohm.
I utilised these mosfets(CSD18504Q5A and CSD18537NQ5A) Only in the previosly.

Hello, I tested using 1K ohms for RLIM according to my calculations, and the outcomes remain the same.
How much RLIM value would you suggest?

Would you please confirm that VOUT starts dropping when IOUT>3A for both 470ohm and 1kOhm RLIM ? If no improvement by increasing RLIM or by decreasing RDSON. It might be caused by other reason. Please check your power supply is capable to supply full load.
