LM4040: Ongoing reliability monitoring; FAB process reliability data

LM4040A30IDCKR FAB process reliability data lists both Bipolar fab process and Power BiCMOS fab process. Is the fab process for this part changing or is it still bipolar (just made on a new process line)?

Is there a PCN available?

I notice that for other LM4040 family such as LM4040A10IDBZR or LM4040A20IDBZR the only fab process listed is bipolar

Hi Steve, I have confirmed that the LM4040A30IDCKR Fab Process is Bipolar. There are plans to qualify the BiCMOS process and once the Qual is completed a PCN will be published. Please refer to the Bipolar fab process Rel data on TI.com. Thanks.
