Customer is using BQ25892 in PP and a problem about assembly is here. Hope u could share some suggestion.
The problem is that when assembling the product, battery will firstly assembly with PCB board. Because BQ25892 will connect battery to system once battery is inserted, then the PCB will be powered up. But the next step is to install screws. The risk here is that PCB is powered up and when screws are exposed to PCB, short may happen.
So I was wondering if there is any method can set BQ25892 to shipping mode by hardware. Could you pls give some advice to avoid this kind of risk?
