TL7700-SEP: RAD-HARD negative voltage supervisors ?

Part Number: TL7700-SEP

I am trying to do a negative power supervisor, but as the TL7700-SEP meaning in a RAD-HARD environment. Is there any RAD-HARD negative voltage supervisors on the market and if not how would You hook up the TL7700- SEP to sense -5V and -12V I do also have an -15, but with a built in PG.

  • Hi Klavs,

Although we have not verified the TL7700-SEP in this use-case. TI does have some general advice regarding monitoring negative voltage rails with our supervisor ICs. Please see page 28 of SLYY167 (linked here).

Page 11 of the datasheet describes how to configure the reset threshold of the monitor (linked here)

Additionally, the TL7700-SEP is classified as a Radiation-tolerant part. It has been SEE characterized for up to 48MeV, and for TID to 30 krad. See the SEE report here, and the TID report here.

    Thanks,
