Dears at TI,

For the MPN: TPS82084SILR we have noticed two different leadframes and two different die codes.

Die code sample 1: TPS62085B0

Die code sample 2: TPS82085B0

The die topography looks similar for both samples

Can you please check the attached X-ray picture for both samples and die code provided and let me know if it's normal for this part?

Hi Ghaiss,

The TPS62085B0 die code for this part is normal. The pin 1 marking (highlighted in red) seems to be opposite on both the x-ray images. Could it be that one of the parts is flipped during x-ray? If so can you re-check x-ray with both parts oriented in the same direction?
