- It appears from images on the datasheet, that the EN pin is internally pulled up. The specifications of EN/SHDN INPUT seem to show there is a max 10uA leakage (pull up), and the pin will approach 4.9V if left open. However, none of the descriptions of the pin (which I could find at least) clearly stated it is OK to leave the pin floating. I want to use the device as the input to my board, and I would like to have it automatically enabled on power up. Is it OK to leave floating? If floating, do I need to add an external capacitor to prevent radiated noise from causing a shutdown?
