LMG1020: Simulation about LMG1020 TINA-TI Reference Design

Hi, TI expert

    I use LMG1020 TINA-TI Reference Design to simulate. The VG1 is step signal. The result is show as in fig below. When it starts, there is a pulse at the output of LMG1020(Vsw), and a glitch at the drain of GaN FET. What is problem.

    Hi Li,

    This looks like it may be a simulation error. I'm not able to replicate your simulation problem as the file you provided has different values (even after changing it to the values in your picture), but one way you could debug would be to set VDD = 0V, and see if the problem still occurs. You could also have your PWM input be initially high and see if the issue persists. If these suggestions don't help, please send me an updated file version of your schematic so I can take a look.
