UCC27284-Q1: UCC27284QDRQ1 P2P Gate Driver Products

We have a few drivers that are P2P with the UCC27284QDRQ1.

One of our newest drivers is the UCC27301A-Q1 that is P2P as the UCC27301AQDDARQ1. This device has higher drive current of 3.7A source and 4.5A sink as opposed to the 3A source and 3A sink current of the UCC27284-Q1. They both feature interlock. The UCC27301A-Q1 has 8V UVLO as opposed to the 5V UVLO of the UCC27284-Q1.

We also offer the UCC27282-Q1 that is P2P as the UCC27282QDDARQ1 and the UCC27282QDRQ1. This device does not feature interlock but it does have the 5V UVLO as well as 3A source and 3A sink current.

The UCC27201A-Q1 is also a P2P option as the UCC27201AQDDARQ1. This device features 3A source and sink currents as well as 8V UVLO and it does not have interlock.

The UCC27211A-Q1 is another P2P option as the UCC27211AQDDARQ1. This device has the higher drive current of 3.7A source and 4.5A sink and 8V UVLO, but does not feature interlock.

We also have the UCC27212A-Q1 that is P2P as the UCC27212AQDDARQ1. This device features 3.7A source and 4.5A sink current and 5V UVLO, but does not feature interlock.

Of these options, the new UCC27301A-Q1 is the closest what you are looking for as it also features interlock.
