Does TI have Input 12V to output 5V/3A buck regulator with auto recover after OCP or OVP?
As I know must regulator will lockout when fault happen likes OCP or OVP, does TI have this kind of part can auto recover and no need trigger enable again?

Hello Jeff,
The device TPS566231 you point out is auto-recovery protection parts, as shown in datasheet, it uses non-latched protection. The latched protection needs power cycle/enable toggle to restart the device.
For non-latched 3A part, please look at our new released TPS563252.
