I have questions about TPS65150-Q1.

I try to control TPS65150-Q1 by CTRL pin(pin 13). but TPS65150-Q1 always 4.6V out.

so, would you kike to check my TPS65150-Q1 circuit??

I attach TPS65150-Q1 circuit and Scope waveform(1: ctrl, 2: 4V6 ELVDD)

Hi Luis,

CTRL signal is for the gate voltage shaping, so the VGH is the relevant output rail, not the ELVDD.

Hi,

This IC doesn't have EN pin, so you need to power off the device to off the ELVDD.
