TPS929160-Q1: problem facing in getting voltage

I think you attached wrong file. 

If you are measuring VLDO & NSTB =7.5V. Then the device is probably damaged. Please replace it with new one. 

Sir, we have replaced the same IC on the evolution board and tired, it is working good in the evolution board and we are getting 5V in VLDO and NSTB Pins.

I thought you've solved the issue by replacing the device... 

Are these happening to all the devices of U3, U4 and U4 or just specific device? 

There should be capacitor up to 4.7uF on VLDO pin even if it doesn't provide power to external circuit.  It also provides power supply for internal circuits.

Please add capacitors to all VLDO pins of devices first. 

Can you capture 12Vin voltage waveform during on/off together with VLDO voltage?  

I suspect that there is no softstart/off  or hotswap protection for 12Vin. Please avoid hot plug in activity.
