UC2707: Upgrade/Drop-in for EOL

Hey team,

Do we have a suitable drop-in/substitute for the UC2707N that's going EOL? I have a customer using this in their design who is concerned.

    Hi Marco,

    Here is every 16-pin low-side gate driver. 

    The main options to replace this device are UC1707 and UC3707, the main difference being the temperature rating. My understanding is that UC1707J should be a drop-in of UC2707N, and that UC3707N should be a drop in if the lower temperature range is acceptable.

    Otherwise, the only option I see is moving towards our newer dual-channel drivers like UCC27624. This will require some design changes, as these new devices are not P2P.
