What are the output voltages of these IC's
2) In the given part number (TPS71750QDSERQ1), What is 50 represents.

For these part numbers for TPS717-Q1, the usual complete part number is TPS717XXQDSERQ1 where XX is the output voltage.
For TPS71750QDSERQ1, the 50 means the output voltage is 5.0V.
Section 11.1.2 on page 23 of the TPS717-Q1 datasheet has more information on how to decode the OPN.
