CSD96370Q5M

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD96370Q5M

Hello,

I am trying to use the CSD96370Q5M Synchronous Buck NexFET™ Power Stage. However, the ringing of the output was greater than what I can have on my circuit. I tried to reduce it by slowing down the switching. So I tried to use a resistor  in series with the cap between the pins BOOT  and BOOT_R. I was using a 0.1uF and a 1k resistor, but that still wasn't enough. I tried some different configurations (going up in resistance and capacitance), but they seemed to affect the boot voltage such that the switching stopped happening. I was wondering if there is an optimum value for resistor and capacitor that we can use if we want to reduce ringing. On the datasheet I only saw a recommendation saying to use a capacitor that is at least 0.1uF.

Thank you!
