Hi,

My customer design condition is input voltage 3.3V, output current 2.4A, Ta is 25 degreeC.

I checked DS the ON resistance is 31mohm and 50.2mohm with different condition, would like to check with you what's the ON resistance for above customer's condition?

And could you please recommend a solution fit below spec:

1. UVLO support to 2.7V or lower

2. Current capability 3A or greater

3. ON resistance lower than 30mohm

4. Vnom is 3.3V

    Hi Jim,

    The Ron spec for 3.3V will be between 28.6mOhms and 29.4mOhms (typical) for different output current values. Yuo can refer to figure 7-2 on page number 10. In this figure you can see that for output current of 2.4A and 3.3V, your Ron will be near 28.5mOhms. 

    Regarding the recommendation, similar chip with better specs is TPS25947.
