I came across this IStep (transient step load current) which is 4A. is IStep assumed value or is there any caluclation involved to get this value as 4Amp.

if any calculations involved please let me know.

    4A is the load step in this particular example. You can adjust the parameters as needed for your particular use case.

    Note we also have PSPICE simulation models available to check load transient response. Also, I can send you a SIMPLIS model if needed.
