    Hello,

    I reviewed the data sheet and the device does not have a brown out function.  

    The controller does have a multiplier and by properly sizing the current sense resistor you can limit the input power of the converter during a brown out to protect the components from an over load condition.  Please see the following information from the data sheet to properly selects the current sense resistor.
