TPS62867: High/Low level input threshold voltage at EN

I am building a discrete power sequencing as shown below

Can you please provide the maximum value of the High-level input threshold voltage at EN ? I would like to analyze distribution for worst case RC timing scenarios.

Same question for minimum value of Low-level input threshold voltage at EN.

Please let me know if anything is unclear.

Hi Matisse,

I believe what you need is already written in the D/S, as 0.84V and 0.4V. This app note explains more: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slyt730/slyt730.pdf

If you want a device with a precise EN pin, TPS62870 is a good one for power a processor core.

Can you please provide the maximum value of the High-level input threshold voltage at EN ?

Hi Matisse,

I think the 0.84V and 0.4V values are what you need to use. They may be written in a different column than other D/S, and the app note explains this.

Above 0.84V, the EN pin will be a high. Below 0.4V, it will be a low. Between the 2 voltages, it is not defined.
