My customer is using our UCC24636, and they find our device have a 540ns turn on delay time.
Please kindly help check if this 540ns is correct? What is the normal range for turn on delay time and how can customer qreduce this delay time?

Hello Brian,
Normal turn-on delay for the UCC24636 is about 80ns.
If your customer has significant delay then it is possible that there is too much capacitance on the VPC pin to GND.
A large R-C time constant can delay detection of negative voltage at VPC to trigger SR turn-on.
