For TIDA-01352

But I need to make some ultrasound application.

The spec of product is input voltage 12V, output voltage is +-100V , 50W.

The original design is for 24v input.

Do I need to change some parts or change parameter of the same parts ?

Hi,

The original design with 24V input cannot be ok to use with 12V input without redesign the transformer turns ratios. The turns ratios should be increased logically. Then there will be corresponding changes to other parameters values.

The below link has a matched design file that you can use to re-design and make changes to the existing design.
