BQ78350: BQ78350-R3 Cell Balancing at REST can not set

Hi 

The customer test with BQ78350-R3, they download the R3 FW from the website. The problem is can not set the Cell Balancing at REST flag.

The information as below: 

They try setting the CB_TEST bit in the ManufacturingStatus() register, but on the register page, the CB_TEST flag is not raised.

Please help check it.
