I'm attempting to setup the APD function of the device. There are situations where I need it to run from the APD (Ethernet cable is not attached). I targeted a turn on voltage of 17V and a turn off voltage of 15V. Using the SLVA306A app note, I came up with the values of Rlower = 3.01K and Rupper=31.6k.
When bench testing this setup the part is turning on at approximately 9V. Reading the voltage on the APD pin, it's ~0.9V. I'd think that it would need at least 1.42V per the datasheet. Any idea why this would happen?
