LM7480-Q1: ISO7637-2 pulse 5, load dump

Hi Team,

Do we have any test result of LM74xx-Q1 in ISO7637-2 pulse 5b, load dump?

Customer want to see if the pulse is suppressed by LM7480-Q1, how low the Us can decrease.

They wonder if 30V or 26V device can be used after LM7480-Q1.

Yes, 30V or 26V devices can be used after LM7480-Q1. Please find the Pulse 5B (suppressed Load dump) test result below.

Results for 200V Unsuppressed load dump are shown in the datasheet. Please refer to:

10.3 200-V Unsuppressed Load Dump Protection Application in the ddatasheet.

Thanks for quick reply. What's the wave A in Pulse 5B (suppressed Load dump) test result?

Is that Vin? But pulse 5B need 35V pulse, wave A is 25V only.

Wave A is Anode pin of the controller. Sorry I shared the incorrect waveform. Please find the Pulse 5B (suppressed Load dump) test result below
