My customer uses TPS92662A-Q1 in their project, and met below issue now, could you please help give some suggestions? Thank you.
When the Vin drops by 3ms and then returns to 5V, the 92662A does not communicate and work properly, as shown below is the communication error address.
The customer also checked the Fault address, both the B0h and B1H are 0, not trigger the open and fault detection.
Could you please share the comments about under what circumstances the 92662A will lose communication? Thanks!
