I am sorry to inform you that I was not able to find those datasheets in our systems. This is an old, obsoleted device and somehow the documentation is not available in our archive anymore.

Can you please let me know what is your specific concern? I hope I can then help you further.

Because the content of the PCN is a marking change, we wanted to register the latest version of the data sheet with the marking information in the internal system.

The marking information is available, so if the PCN does not affect the contents of the datasheet, I will update the marking information only.
