Hi Avishri,
The part is functional safety capable meaning that it can be put into a system ASIL rated. However, the system (the entire schematic, different failure modes, etc) must be qualified for a specific ASIL rating.
In order to assist we note down the different failure modes, and FIT rate in the functional safety document.
