Dear Team,

Customer wants to know if they use tps65094 in their new project. Could they use anyone of below DDR4 solution?( we consider Component life cycle FIRST, or they don’t have any difference)

    Hi Jimmy,

    All three of those highlighted devices have the same BUCK6 VOUT which will feed VDDQ and the VTT termination regulator. Also all three devices have VTT enabled.

    As such you should be able to use any of those three choices and get the same input to your DDR4 block.

    The TPS650944 appears to have a higher minimum overcurrent protection for VTT so if you need a tighter OCP setting I would choose one of the other two.
