TPS61170: Designing negative voltage with charge pump

Hi team,

I am designing a 9V->+-14V power supply.

Iout is both 100mA.

I read on TPS61085 9.3.2 TFT LCD Application Circuit that charge pump can be added for the negative rail.

However, the Vout for the negative is not simulated properly.

Can you point out what im doing wrong?

Top line is negative Vout, second is positive Vout.
