Hi,

The datasheet has no info regarding footprint dimensions, Is the IC ready for production?

I want to implement this on a PCB that is a high-volume product and just want to make sure I get the foot print details. 

1- Would you be able to provide Footprint drawings? (PDF or ...)

2- Is there any chance I can receive the Layout files for the LP5860TEVM?
