Since customer would like to do the EMC simulation from system's perspective including Ext. Circuit/PCB layout/device parasitic parameters/..., they'd like to know how to measure the impedance of each pins on this device when this device VCC is being powering? Customer would like to know if they need to injecting a signal generator with certain freq. setting at each pin for the impedance measurement? Or other effective way?
Could you guide them on how to do it correctly? and what test equipment for impedance is needed?
