LM140QML: Bonding layout and recommended circuit

Dear team,

My customer is considering LM140KG-5 MD8 and have some questions. Can you please help them to understand?

1. Do we have reference bonding layout?
We found snao103.pdf and just can refer to the pin assignment.

2. Do we have reference circuit layout? We would like to know external capacitance size and etc..

1. snap103.pdf is the required document for the pin assignment. You can refer to that only for reference bonding layout.

2. Could you please elaborate more on the reference circuit layout. Ideally for LM140QML, no external capacitance is needed for the required performance. You can refer to the datasheet for further details :
