Hi

I need to know if the TPS628303 and the TPS62869 can be used as a PMIC for LPDDR4/LPDDR4x, and if they comply with M.2 standard?

They are currently listed only in the LPDDR5 category.

    Hi Jonathan,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    LPDDR5 requires lower supply voltages compared to LPDDR4/x to improve the power consumption (refer to the figure below). Hence, TPS628303 and the TPS62869 can both support both standards.
