Regarding TIDM 02013, we are indeed very interested on manufacturing this board since it adapts perfectly to our project. The issue of inductors is not difficult, we already have prices and delivery times from suppliers.

I would like to know if I can get a sample of this circuit. This is very important for us.

Also notice that there is a newer version of this design (E3), on the Texas website it appears (E2) which is an old version. How can I get the ALTIUM project of this new version?

I do not know the specific reason as I did not lay it out. That being said there are typically 2 reasons why these are added, 1 to jump a signal across a crowded portion of the board, and 2 to allow these signals to be observed. Since these connect to thd DC link and the PGND and that those can be observed at J38 and J37, then I expect its for the former.

No, this typically comes in a clickwrap with many legal disclaimers, so I cannot just provide it here. I will make a request for the design file to be updated though.

This month, I am planning to produce 10 prototypes. If you are aware of the right individual to consult regarding the bidirectional feature firmware, could you kindly let me know? We need to test the bidirectional functionality.

I am in the team reasonable for developing the bi-directional code, and the most knowledgeable person on the existing code base. Feel free to direct your questions to me.

The code to operate bidirectionally is largely provided, but it is not tested and I'd expect a few bugs. I suspect the CLLLC reverse conduction operation to probably simply work, while the inverter mode of the PFC may take more effort. In any case the code has not been tested in reverse conduction, and it will your responsibility to verify its function before operating it on the hardware.

As for the internal development, this bi-directional support is not currently being prioritized, management is currently targeting opportunities which are perceived to have a larger impact first. Though providing support for reverse conduction is still on the backlog.

We continue with some small problems in the manufacturing of TIDM-02013. In the PMP22712, there is the transformer (901-20113-V1-01) from Wurth to get the 12Vdc from 5Vdc, and we can not find any info of them here in Wurth EU, Can you find easily in US this part? Is it custom design for Texas Instruments?

Can you provide us a datasheet and where to order of this transformer?

Regarding the rogowski coils, In the Altium project and BOM there is one model for primary side and another for secondary side:

RLTI-1371 for primary

RLTI-1379 for secondary

Both coils seem to have the same technical characteristics., except that the secondary rogowski incorporates two cables to connect to J1.

The point is that Renco takes more than the double for manufacturing the rogowski that has cables compared to the primary rogowski (without cables). My question is if we can use the same coil ( RLTI-1371) for the primary and secondary side and make the connection manually with custom cables?

I understand that this connection of the secondary to J1 connector has made with cables and not via PCB tracks to maintain the isolation between the primary and secondary? is it right?

We would use shielded cables to reduce noise. I understand that from what you said, in battery charging mode only the primary rogowski coil is used and only when the system works on inverter mode will the secondary rogowski coil be used?

The most recent update I am aware of is marked with the release date: "Thu Dec 14 13:12:50 CST 2023". Could you confirm if this is the current version?

Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a block diagram to aid in understanding the structure and flow of your code.

Our team plans to compile and work with the firmware, so having a clear visual representation would be immensely helpful.

If you do have an updated version of the firmware since the aforementioned release date, please kindly send it to me. A block diagram of the code, in particular, would be extremely beneficial for our understanding and efficient utilization of the firmware.

I contacted with RENCO in order to get samples for the RLTI-1373 and they dont  know anything about this component:

Do you have any datasheet of this component or alternative supplier?

I think it shouldn't be a big problem finding them because they are inductors that are basically there to act as EMI filters.

We have talked to Wurth Spain and Wurth Germany and they give me quite a few problems with this component, it is not a standard product, that is why I am asking you about this alternative.

The alternative that I propose to you, Texas, includes it in this design that also uses the same MOSFET (LMG3522R030).
