Hello Ti Team,

Please provide the IBIS model for LM73605(APN: 28636261 IC-VR,BUCK,LM73605,5A,WQFN-30).

For the conducted transient analysis of M&M HPCC Daughter Board the IBIS Models are required.

    Hello

    We don't have an IBIS model for this device.

    One option may be to use the SPICE model on the product page for this device. 

    If you can give us more information about what type of testing and/or parameters you need we may be able to help more.

    Hello Frank,

    The Spice model will not be helpful for our simulation.

    • Does EN and IN pin have clamping diodes internally for LM73605? Because we are doing the conducted transient, we are seeing some negative transient voltage at these pins.
    • From the datasheet it is seen that it can handle from -0.3V to 42V. Here is the snapshot.

     Hi Sheela,

    There is no internal clamping diodes for those pins. If the negative voltage is below -0.3V it can damage the part.
