LM2574: Details regarding LM2574MX-ADJ/NOPB.

As it is monolithic solution, so it didn’t have detailed NPN transistor parameters in spec. The integrated NPN have typical 0.9V saturation voltage@ 0.5A. 

We will suggest use new recommend converter like or module solution for these old devices like LMR54406 or TLVM13620

Please confirm weather "'IXTA44P15TTRL" mosfet part is used in it. If not please share which part used for switching of regulator for calculation purpose.

As I mentioned, it is monoethnic device, the bipolar transistor and control was made in one die. so it didn't have any part number. pls use wenbench for efficiency simulation.
