LM25037: LM25037:

Part Number: LM25037

I am trying to run the spice model in LT spice and get various errors , the one below is the latest. There was a different one yesterday that was related to parameters. Can someone advise on how to simulate this model in LTspice since I do not want to use TINA

  • Ron,

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty using TI sim models on the Analog Devices sim platform. TI models are developed using full version PSPICE platforms that may not be compatible with LTSPICE. TI models are intended to run on TINA or PSPICE for TI design tools.

  • not really helpful. I understand the model was intended to run on TINA etc but would appreciate some idea as to resolving the issue running LTspice since the part is being considered in the application

  • Ron,

There are many E2E posts related to this topic you can search but please understand that due to legal (EULA) and ethical boundaries, TI is not able to support your request. You are using a simulation tool that is developed and supported by Analog Devices. I am not familiar with the LT SPICE errors you are seeing and I am unable to replicate them from my side, since I am not using LT SPICE. If you are experiencing difficulty using any TI models with TI simulation tools, we are here to help and support. Some unencrypted TI models seem to import into LT SPICE without issue but this is not necessarily true of all TI models.

    Regards,

    Steve
