I see it shows a Theta JA and Theta JC. Is there a Theta JL available for this device?

Hello Adam,

Just to confirm, by "Theta JL" you mean the Junction-to-lead thermal resistance, correct?

That is correct.I am also curious about how to cool this unit using the Theta JC value provided as well.

Hi Adam,

As Theta JL is typically extremely large compared to Theta JC and Theta JA, we do not have a value for it.
