Hi guys,
How Can I connect BQ40Z50 with BQ24610 to charge or discharge battery 3S?
The AC/DC adapter input BQ24610 is 15V - 60W, and the setup cell pin is 3 cells. When I plug in AC/DC with BQ24610, the voltage at the SYS is 15V and the voltage at VBAT is 12.6V (battery 3S).
When I connect BQ40Z50 Pack - with the BQ24610 SYS and the BQ40Z50EVM Pack- with the BQ24610EVM PGND I can see as the Battery can not open to charge or discharge. When I unplug the AC/DC with BQ24610, the voltage at the SYS test point is ~0V, and there is no power through the battery to the system as BQ24610 's function.
I do not understand why the battery can charge and discharge.
