Does the UC1708L833B indeed have the same die as the UC1708-SP (such that the difference is solely packaging/screening)?

Hey Lauren,

We don't comment on the changes we make in the die between commercial and space grade products
Obviously they do have higher screening.

Thanks Daniel, is this part a bipolar part? We are trying to identify what quality screenings we need to do internally (and knowing if it's bipolar is important) so we can determine if we proceed with purchasing

One more question: does UC1708-SP have any single event effect rad hardness or rad data? Was looking through it and I did not see anything
