BQ25176M: Blinks at 1hz

We have looked at this in the and do not see STAT blinking, fault condition.  Unit continues to charge.

Can you send schematic for review?

Any more info on test condition?

The unit are not blinking any more but no charging to battery and both led are on.

Sorry but could not read value for R10 and R11, what values are you using?

Schematic looks OK.

Both LEDs on would indicate Power is good (PG) and charge is in progress (STAT).

Check the voltage on ISET this will indicate what the charge current is.

The values for R10 and R11 are 604 ohms and 27.4k ohms, respectively. I've checked the ISET voltage, and it remains around zero even after a couple of hours.

ISET of 604 ohm will set charge current to 500mA, this is good.

VSET of 27.4k will set charge voltage to 4.2V this is good also.

In the test set up do you possibly have a current better between charger and battery?  This has caused problems with other customers.
