LP5912-Q1: Minimum load current requirements?

Dear team,

1. Is there minimum load current requirement on LP5912-Q1?
I could not find the section of "No-load Stability" like LP5907-Q1 in LP5912-Q1 datasheet. Also LP5912-Q1 specifies higher output current range(which is >5mA vs. 1mA for LP5907)

There are a lot of words of "no load" (most of them are for Iq), thus it may be still stable with no load. But please help me to clarify that.

2. If it is also stable without external load, is it still stable in the condition of near -40C or +125C?

Hi Yuto,

Thanks for the update. Like most modern LDO's, the LP5912 can operate down to 0A load. This is the older device and for improved stability, performance and cost, we recommend switching over to the new TPS7A21-Q1.
