I recommend TPS628502-Q1 if SOT-563 package is fine with customer. If not, TPS62812-Q1 (QFN package) is alternative choice as well. TPS628502-Q1 is a cost-competitive compared to TPS62812-Q1 due to higher Rdson and lesser features. Please refer the datasheet link below for details.
