Thanks for using the e2e forum.
You could use LM51581 in a flyback topology, to generate a negative output voltage, but if no isolation and only one output rail is required, a simpler and cheaper solution might be an inverter or inverting buck-boost topology.
For this, a buck part with high side switch would be suited.
An example for this should ber LMR38025.
