BUF18830: Chip heating problem

Part Number: BUF18830

Hi,

The customer has the following problems.

Abnormal phenomenon: VDDA=13.5V, VSD=3.3V, the VDDA will eat 300mA of current when powered on, and 18830 will burn seriously.

Debug: disconnects all VGAMMA OUT/VCOM OUT, adjusts the power-on sequence to VSD first, and changes R14 and R19 to 0 ohm.

The document is a schematic design, please help to look at the problem.

Add feedback debug finds new imaginings:

1. Power on alone VSD=3.3V, VDDA does not power, 18830 I2C can be found;

2. When VSD is not powered on, VDDA=13.5V and VDDA consumes 300mA current, then VGAM outputs VGAM0=8.45V, VGAM1=2.296V, VGAM2=0.219V, VGAM3=9.27V, VGAM4=5.27V, VGAM5=10.11V. VGAM6=1.073V, VGAM7=1.924V, VGAM8=1.701V, VGAM9=6.79V, VGAM10=0.112V, VGAM11= 10.231V, VGAM12=2.591V, VGAM13=2.239V, VGAM14=6.87V, VGAM15=0.738V, VGAM16=4.029V, VGAM17=12.21V

3. VSD=3.3V, VDDA no matter how much voltage is given, the voltage will be pulled out, like a short circuit.

Thanks~
