TPS61088Q1EVM-037: CE/EU Declaration of Conformity (aka EU DoC) required

It seems the EVM does not get a CE/EU Declaration of Conformity.

If the document is needed and I will apply for it, and this may take at least a week.

Please tell me and I will get started immediately.

Yes, the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity is needed. Please kindly provide.

The product is CE-marked. When a manufacturer applies CE to their product they have the obligation to draw the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity. This obligation is expressed in all the CE directives, included in the ROHS directive 2011/65/EU (you may refer to Article 7.c and 7.d of the ROHS directive 2011/65/EU)

Some of the devices of the EVM are obsolete and needs to be updated.

Right now, the BOM is under reviewing of the EVM Compliance Team.
