LM5175-Q1: COMP pin voltage

Part Number: LM5175-Q1

Hello,

I measure the COMP pin voltage for the LM5175-Q1 IC on board. COMP pin voltage is 1.68V, in buck mode, stepping down from 13.5v to 5V for automotive application.

As per datasheet,  , it says 0.3-1.6V for Buck operation and 1.6-3.0V for boost operation. I measured the feed back voltage at FB pin is 787.34mV.

1. What are the effects could be when COPM pin voltage is not with in limits (0.3-1.6V) for buck operation.

2. How the COMP pin voltage increase more than 1.6 for buck operation.

I appreciate for the prompt reply.
