TIDA-010262: PoDL solution for APL

TIDA-010262 is not designed for APL but for PoDL according to 802.3cg. 

However if all the intrinsic safety requirements are neglected, it should be possible to modify it to get 15 V out of it without any negotiation.

Forcing 15V output would be meaningless. If TIDA-010262 meet the class4 According to 802.3bu. 

Or any solution for class0/1 ?

I think I did not get your question completely. Class 4 from 802.3bu is from the current limit similar to class B from APL, but with a different voltage. (And also some other circuit requirements for APL).

So, if you would supply the TPS26601 with 15 V instead of 24 V (and maybe adjust the UVLO), set the current limit for class 4, it should work to supply an APL device, even without a proper APL power supply.

Besides power, you would also need to modify the circuit around the DP83TD510E to make sure it does not advertise the 2.4 Vpp capability.
